Shipping Policy

At Elenza London, we appreciate every order and want to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience, from checkout to delivery. To help you shop with confidence, we have outlined our shipping guidelines below.

Delivery Times

Elenza London partners with trusted global suppliers to ship products directly from warehouses. This approach allows us to reduce storage, packaging, and transportation costs, offering you high-quality products at competitive prices.

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7-12 days.

Important Note: Due to our rapid growth and a warehouse transition, some products may experience slight delays, with delivery taking up to 20-25 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping fee is £4.95 per item. However, as part of our current promotion, we are offering free shipping.

Please note: If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Keep this in mind when purchasing multiple products that you may wish to return.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a personal tracking code via email. You can use this code to track your shipment anytime.

It may take 2-3 business days for tracking updates to appear. The estimated delivery date will be visible after tracking activation.

Delivery Issues

While we strive for seamless deliveries, occasional issues may arise. Here’s how we handle them:

Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items unless the replacement is also defective.

Lost Package
If your package is lost or undeliverable, we will reship your order free of charge before considering a refund.

Failed Delivery or Refused Package
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is sent to a local post office, we will notify you via email.

You have 7 days to collect the package. If not collected, the package will be returned to our supplier, and we will resend it at no extra cost. If the package is refused or remains uncollected a second time, a £15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product upon arrival, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Customs Fees

Since we ship directly from our suppliers, customs inspections may occasionally occur. Due to international regulations introduced on July 1, 2021, some orders may be subject to import duties or additional fees. While this happens in less than 1% of cases, we want to ensure you are informed. Any customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
